DMG - 2x1 DMX512 [ DMX ] Merger  The DMG is a 1 in 2 out software processed DMX512 [ DMX ] merger with versatile uses. Merge or combine two DMX512 signals or universes into one universe, by a selected mode type: HTP (Highest Takes Priority), Append, or Backup. Features LED indicators for power and the two inputs. Multiple DMG’s can be combined to merge more than two universes or provide multiple functions. By configuring several DMG’s in different mode types, each can perform a specific of task. Thus multiple DMG’s could be configured to merge two or more universes into one universe, the combined output could be appended to another universe, and then the final output could operate in parallel with a backup DMX512 [ DMX ] source with auto switch over. DMG Selectable Modes:
MERGE HTP MODE  The HTP mode will merge two universes into one universe using HTP (Highest Takes Priority) processing of the level of each channel. In this mode two lighting boards (or any two DMX512 generating devices) can control the same devices. This mode is useful for controlling the same DMX512 equipment and devices with two DMX512 [ DMX ] generating devices in one universe.

APPEND MODE  The Append mode will append input B after input A, input A is the 1st part of the DMX512 [ DMX ] packet and the B input is the 2nd part of the transmitted output. In this mode two lighting boards (or any two DMX512 [ DMX ] generating devices) can be combined, each controlling different equipment but on one cable (or universe). This mode is useful for controlling different DMX512 equipment or devices with two DMX512 [ DMX ] generating devices in one universe.

BACKUP MODE  The Backup mode will transmit input A continuously, ignoring input B as long as input A is a valid DMX512 [ DMX ] signal. If input A’s signal fails input B will be switched to automatically and transmitted.

DLA - Dual Input DMX512 [ DMX ] LCD Analyzer  A 16 x 2 DMX512 [ DMX ] LCD data analyzer display unit. Displays any 4 of 512 channels at a time, and showing the numeric levels currently on those channels in either; decimal (0-255), hexadecimal (00-FF), or percentages (0-100%), allowing the user to scroll to any channel and monitor the levels. The 4 buttons [ +,  - , 10, 100 ] will scroll thru the DMX channels for viewing, by holding down the ' - ' button and pressing 10 or 100 will subtract by 10 or 100. The Stats display shows the packet size, start code, and rate. Also features a dual input selection in programming, if your installation needs a front and rear connection, the user can easily change from the 'A' to 'B' input simply by making a front selection change. The LCD's backlight is easily adjusted with front access software setting for easy changes in those dark control room environments.

DLA-PCB - Dual Input DMX512 [ DMX ] LCD Analyzer PCB  Fully assembled printed circuit board. Same PCB that is used in the DLA above. The PCB consists of 3 boards, the 16 x 2 LCD, detachable 4 button and contrast board, and the control board (see the side view image). The PCB includes a clear LCD cover that mounts with adhesive strips on your custom enclosure. 
With the onboard +5V regulator, the DLA has a +7V ~ +15VDC input voltage range. A 6 cell battery pack (six 1.5V AA batteries) could be used for a PORTABLE / HAND HELD Analyzer.

DS4 DMX512 (DMX) 1x4 Non-Optical Splitter The DS4 offers protection for your lighting board or DMX generating device and increases your DMX512 [ DMX ] outputs. The DS4 is a DMX512 - 1 in 4 out splitter that takes a DMX 512 output of a lighting console or any device that transmits a DMX 512 signal and offers protection with Transient Voltage Suppression on the input from devices on the daisy chain such as higher voltage dimmers, and actively splits the signal giving 4 separate DMX 512 outputs. Field serviceable: socketed IC's for easy replacement, standard IC's available from many electronic parts suppliers, replaceable power supply, standard 5 x 20mm internal fuse. The input chip is also a high impedance chip. The standard chip (75176) can be one of 32 chips on a daisy chain, with the 65184 chip it could be one of 128 chips on a daisy chain. See SN65LBC184 Chip Specs for info on this chip. Note that the 4 outputs are separately driven and electronically isolated, not Transient Voltage Suppression isolated from each other. DSI-4 DMX512 (DMX) 1x4 Optical Splitter The DSI-4 is the same layout and design as the DS4 above with OPTICAL ISOLATION offering potentially higher voltage protection. NOTE - In order to optically isolate the input and offer protection, the DSI-4 requires a 25mA input line load which is ½ of a DMX512 [ DMX ] daisy chain load. It is recommended this unit be used directly out of the lighting board or DMX generating device. Because of this load the input does not conform to the DMX512 specifications but should work with most systems. For more information about DMX512 [ DMX ] visit DMX512 Standards. Also note that the 4 outputs are separately driven and electronically isolated, not optically isolated from each other. DXI - DMX512 [ DMX ] Optical Isolator The DXI is a DMX512 [ DMX ] Optically Isolated through connector designed to protect a DMX512 [ DMX ]lighting board or any DMX512 generating device from (high voltage) dimmers, fixtures, and any equipment on the daisy chain or DMX512 [ DMX ]control line. If a short or malfunction occurs on the DMX512 control cable the DXI optically isolates the console (or DMX512 generating device) from the potential hazard, thus the DXI would be damaged and not the console.

DPM4-PCB The DPM4-PCB is a DMX512 [ DMX ] PWM (Pulse Width Modulation Generator) / Dimmer Control Board PCB. Designed to mate with other DPM PCB's or independently, will generate 4 separate PWM signals in respect to assigned DMX512 [ DMX ]channels levels. Each output can sink or source up to 50mA. Addressable to any of the 512 channels the 1st output will respond directly to that channels level and the following 3 outputs will respond to the following 3 DMX512  [DMX] channels respectively. The Start Channel is assigned by dip switches 1 ~ 9, DMX512 CHANNEL ASSIGNMENT TABLE [PDF]. The DPM4-PCB is designed to mate with the DPM-RD or the DPM-RL PCB's shown below.

DPM-RD-PCB The DPM-RD is a DMX512 [ DMX ] PWM Driver PCB. Mates with the DPM4-PCB and will source 4 PWM outputs at +15VDC and 500mA each. Could be used to control LED's with dimming capabilities. Designed to be daisy chained without having to have a separate control board if the same DMX512 [ DMX ] channels need more sourcing capabilities. The DPM-RD (if equipped) has a +5VDC regulator on board to supply power to the DPM4-PCB, converting the required +15VDC power supply to +5VDC, thus powering both boards with only one power supply. Also, one +15VDC power supply, properly rated, can supply power to several DPM4-PCB's, optionally using the 'loop' power connectors.

The DPM-RD PCB will power 16 4 Channel High Brightness DLE-PCB's LED Strips (shown below). Each DPM-RD has Mosfet Voltage driven inputs which means many DPM-RD PCB's can be daisy chained and controlled from one DPM4-PCB.

DPM-RL/Coil-PCB The DPM-RL/Coil is a DMX512 [ DMX ] Relay (Driver) PCB. Mates with the DPM4-PCB and controls 2 outputs with 5A CONTACT CLOSURE relays. Relay 1 can be selected to respond to DMX512 [ DMX ] Channel 1 or 3 and Relay 2 can be selected to respond to DMX512 [ DMX ] Channel 2 or 4 (via on board jumpers). Designed to be daisy chained without having to have a separate control board if the same DMX512 [ DMX ] channels need to have more relays for the same 4 assigned DMX512 [ DMX ] Channels. For example to have 4 relays, 1 DPM4 control board and 2 DPM-RL boards could drive 4 relays (or more by daisy chaining) assignable to the attached DPM4's addressed DMX512 [ DMX ] channels. Each relay has a designated fuse, fuse cover, and two screw wire connectors.

DPM-RL/SSR-PCB DPM-RL/SSR is a the same as the DPM-RL/Coil  above with the exception of the type of relays. Mates with the DPM4-PCB and controls 2 outputs with 2A SOLID STATE Relays. Relay 1 can be selected to respond to DMX512 Channel 1 or 3 and Relay 2 can be selected to respond to DMX512 [ DMX ] Channel 2 or 4 (via on board jumpers). Designed to be daisy chained without having to have a separate control board if the same DMX512 [ DMX ] channels need to have more relays for the same 4 assigned DMX512 [ DMX ] Channels. For example to have 4 relays, 1 DPM4 control board and 2 DPM-RL boards could drive 4 relays (or more by daisy chaining) assignable to the attached DPM4's addressed DMX512 [ DMX ] channels. Each relay has a designated fuse, fuse cover, and two screw wire connectors.

DLE-PCB The DLE-PCB is a 6"x.5" Custom Mountable LED PCB Strip that can be custom configured to illuminate; stage props, custom lettering such as company or band names, decorative wall edging (could be hidden behind molding), chrome trusses and more, and could be used directly or as back lighting for shadowing type effects for color changeable effect lighting. The DLE can be driven by the DPM-RD PCB above and can be daisy chained to make long custom designs, or several mounted side be side to make an LED Par fixture (spot light) for example. Above the DLE-PCB is shown with 10 red, 4 green, and 4 blue SUPER BRIGHT (25 degree angle) LED's. The color's and degree angle can be customized to give the effect that you want. There are several ways that the PCB's could be mounted.
