DPM4-RD The DPM4-RD is a DMX512 (DMX) 4 Ch Switch & PWM (Pulse Width Modulation Generator) (Dimmer) Generator (LED) Driver, will generate 4 separate PWM or Switch signals in respect to assigned DMX512 [ DMX ] channel levels. Usage examples: LED brightness control, trigger/control devices, rapid switch equipment or lights, or control water fountain solenoids. Addressable to any of the 512 channels (the 1st output will respond directly to that channels level and the following 3 outputs will respond to the following 3 DMX512 [DMX] channels respectively). The Start Channel is assigned by dip switches 1 ~ 9, DMX512 CHANNEL ASSIGNMENT TABLE [PDF].

With two modes: PWM and Switch offers different drive capabilities. In the PWM mode the 4 outputs can drive 4 outputs each at the power supply's voltage of either +5VDC or +7~15 VDC PWM (dimming) output (at 500mA per output). In the Switch mode the outputs are either on or off depending on the DMX level with a threshold of 127~128 (125~0 turns off, 131 ~ 255 turns on).

The The DPM-RD PCB will power 16 4 Channel High Brightness DLE-PCB's LED Strips. Each DPM-RD has Mosfet Voltage driven inputs which means many DPM-RD PCB's can be daisy chained and controlled from one DPM4-PCB. In the Stand Alone Operation (no DMX signal present) any one of the 4 outputs is driven by the potentiometer and can be set from 0 the 255.
