DMX 1×8 splitter is equipped with 1 input and 8 outputs in a 1U 19″ rack mount enclosure. The DSPr splitter (distributor, buffer, amplifier, booster) takes the output of a any DMX 512 device (lighting console e.g.) and actively splits the signal providing separate DMX 512 outputs. The DSPr can be equipped with either standard or full input isolated input. The DMX Outputs are electronically isolated from each other, each output can source up to 32 devices (DMX512 standard). Power supply included. Select a preconfigured enclosure or contact us for custom projects. TVS: Transient Voltage Suppression – Offers higher voltage protection than standard input on the DMX input
Isolated Input: implements the DS5ISO PCB circuit providing input isolation on the DMX input
Full Isolated Input: implements the DS5F PCB circuit providing full input isolation including ground/shield isolation on the DMX input
Chipset upgrade – The chipset upgrade has TVS IC’s installed on the outputs offering TVS isolation on each output of the splitter
LCD Analyzer: A 2 input 2×16 character display DMX analyzer that displays the DMX levels on any of the 512 channels. Also has a front mounted XLR for analyzing any DMX signal as needed.
